The 4th annual V4A fundraiser dinner took place on October 21st and was once again a huge success. We had more than 300 people in attendance from different nationalities and diverse background. This year event turned out to be most entertaining, inclusive and very organized event. V4A board and the entire staff would like to say “thank you” to all our sponsors and all those who attended our 4th Annual Dinner.
V4A African Dance group received a standing ovation for their high quality performance in African traditional dance. This group comprising of middle school and elementary immigrants students has performed in various events including Missouri History Museum. The African Dance class is partly funded by Missouri Arts Council, to preserve the African Culture and to boost self esteem among immigrant youth and kids. Watch video
Other performants included the Congolese sisters and Princess Farida, a renown artist from Kenya. The climax of the event was marked great taste of African food from different nationalities and presentation of awards. Every year during the annual dinner we recognize individuals, businesses and organizations who continue to impact lives in the immigrant community in St. Louis.

V4A would like to thank all for attending 2017 Vitendo4Africa fundraising dinner event and for your continued support. Without your contribution and support it would not be possible to do what we do for immigrants community in St. Louis. This year event helped to raise over $9,000 in tickets sales and raffles tickets. .
